About

Fifteen years inside the machine, before I sat on this side of it.

I spent most of my career leading teams through reorganisations, growth, and the occasional quiet collapse. Coaching is where I found the work I was actually good at.

I trained as a coach while still holding a demanding operational role, which turned out to be the most useful thing I could have done. Every technique I learned was immediately tested against real Monday mornings, real budgets, and real people who didn't have the luxury of a clean slate.

What I noticed, again and again, was that the people who navigated change well weren't braver or better resourced. They were simply clearer. They had done the unglamorous work of naming what they wanted, what they'd trade for it, and what they wouldn't.

That's the work I do now. It's structured but not rigid — closer to thinking partnership than instruction. I bring the questions, the pattern recognition, and a refusal to let a vague answer stand. You bring the material and the willingness to look at it properly.

I work with clients across Europe, mostly online, in English and French. Sessions are sixty minutes and typically run every two weeks.

How I work

Clarity before action

We don't build a plan on top of a question you haven't answered. The first sessions are usually slower than clients expect, and it saves months.

Your material, not my template

I use frameworks where they earn their place and abandon them where they don't. You are not a case study in someone else's methodology.

Honest, never harsh

You'll hear what I actually observe, including the inconvenient parts. Directness without warmth is just criticism; I'm not interested in that.

Ending well

Good coaching has a finish line. My aim is that you stop needing me, and know what you'd do the next time the ground shifts.
